Ayutthaya is the old capital city of Thailand, with lots of ancient ruins and Buddhist temples. There you can see the influence of Hinduism and Buddhism, and different architectural styles of what’s left from the old temples. Inside the pagodas are buried the important kings of the glorious times. And thousands of Buddha statues are found along the Ayutthaya historical park. Don’t forget to ride an elephant. Or you can just watch the show and give them some food…
The summer Bang Pa-In Royal Palace is so beautiful! The European neo-classic influence is very clear, despite the Thai golden roof details along the buildings. Enjoy!
