Cities - Milford Sound / Fox Glacier

Milford Sound is a place near the Fiordland National Park: breathtaking landscapes! A pity it was raining, but the cruise across the mountains and to see the seals relaxing on the rocks were really worth it! Te Anau is on the way between Queenstown and Milford Sound. A tiny village with a beautiful lake surrounded by the Southern Alps.

The Fox Glacier is a long glacier located in the Westland National Park of New Zealand. To hike it was a dangerous but great experience! It's so huge that makes you feel like you're really nothing in the middle of all that ice... In the small town of Franz Josef we could relax at the hot pools and watch the Rugby World Cup final match (All Blacks defeated France!). Enjoy!
