Cities - New Zealand Lakes and Hills

The South Island of New Zealand is an unique place. The Southern Alps and its reflexions on the lakes around them create an amazing landscape. And seeing the snow for the first time in my life on spring time was a rare experience! Not mentioning to spend the night at the Ohau Lodge, a place in the middle of nowhere: nothing but snow, the beautiful blue lake, and the mountains around it.
Stopping in Arthur's Pass for a cup of coffee was time enough to see some rare birds and take a picture of the Kea bird.
Flock Hill and Castle Hill are breathtaking sights of the Southern Alps. If you look close enough, you'll recognise the scenery of some movies... Enjoy!
